Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once a bottle has been opened, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds. This isn't us being difficult, it's a straightforward hygiene rule that applies to any product you consume, and it's the same reason you can't return an opened bottle of most food or supplement products anywhere. If you're not sure whether you'll like the taste or strength, that's exactly what our 50ml sample is for, try it first, before committing to a full bottle.

That said, if something's genuinely gone wrong, reach out and tell us what happened. We look at these on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, we'll reship it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us with photos of the damage (bottle, packaging, and shipping box) within 7 days of delivery, we're not able to process a damage claim without evidence, since we need it to file our own claim with the courier.
